It can be a time-consuming struggle to find upright and respectable tenants through classified ads and word-of-mouth. This site can help you widen your potential audience while at the same time narrow down the field of applicants to those of like-minded faith.

The process to place a listing is simple. You submit one picture that will be the main photo that prospective tenants will view as they do a search. You enter a brief description of your property with words and phrases that will capture their attention and encourage them to click on your listing to obtain additional information.

When they choose to view your complete listing they will see additional pictures you have submitted. They can then read a more lengthy account of what you have to offer. Your extended, descriptive text can be used to mention all the key features and attractive qualities of your property so they will be enticed to contact you directly.

The fee to place a 'Standard Listing' is a one-time *$15. Your listing is active for 120 days until it expires. You will have password access to your profile so you can change the pictures, alter the descriptions and modify the information.

Another option is to have your property displayed as a ‘Preferred Listing’. This will automatically colour enhance your ad and place it at the top of the search results page making it more noticeable. This fee is a one-time *$20.
